Returns & Exchanges Policy
Orders are dispatched within one day unless during a holiday period – such as 29 March 2016 to 4 April 2016.
If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, please contact us with your order details within 30 days and we will endeavour to resolve any issue you may have. When the return is a product quality issue we will provide a postage credit or send an SAE and, when the product is recieved back to us we will provide full refund. Please ensure that you send it any return to us well packed and via registered post as the package is your responsibility until it arrives with us. Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements. We process returns as soon as possible and ask you to note that during busy periods or holiday periods there may be a short delay. Please note that credit card refunds can only be given to the original payer.
Delivery Policy
Orders are dispatched within one day unless during a holiday period – such as 29 March 2016 to 4 April 2016.
All orders with completed payment recieved before 1500hrs on Monday to Friday that is not a Bank Holiday will be sent the same days. Orders received after this time will be sent the next working day. Most packages are sent either Royal Mail 1st Class, Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, International Airmail Signed For. UK deliveries are within two working days and International Orders between five and ten days. Large orders are sent using Interparcel on a two-day service. Any other delivery methods may be available upon request.
