Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, please contact us with your order details within 30 days and we will endeavour to resolve any issue you may have. When the return is a product quality issue we will provide a postage credit or send an SAE and, when the product is recieved back to us we will provide full refund. Please ensure that you send it any return to us well packed and via registered post as the package is your responsibility until it arrives with us. Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements. We process returns as soon as possible and ask you to note that during busy periods or holiday periods there may be a short delay. Please note that credit card refunds can only be given to the original payer.
All orders with completed payment recieved before 1500hrs on Monday to Friday that is not a Bank Holiday will be sent the same days. Orders received after this time will be sent the next working day. Most packages are sent either Royal Mail 1st Class, Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, International Airmail Signed For. UK deliveries are within two workjng days and International Orders between five and ten days. Large orders are sent using Interparcel on a two-day service. Any other delivery methods may be available upon request.
Any orders that are cancelled before despatch (as per our Delivery Policy) will be refunded in full with no further action required by the customer. Any orders that are cancelled after despatch must be returned to us in good condition at the customers costt whereupon a product cost refund will be applied.
Please note that we are “cash with order” and your credit card will be charged at the point of order. We do not offer for sale any items that we do hold ample stock of. You reserve the right to cancel any goods that are not in stock once you have received your invoice.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice and are subject to the ruling rate of VAT where applicable.
Our total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by us to the customer. We shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. We cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the website. Customers’ statutory rights are not affected by this statement. Every care has been taken to describe and portray items accurately, but slight variations in actual goods, and the packaging thereof, may occur.
We are sorry but we cannot ensure permanent availability of all items, although we try our hardest! We try to always supply within 7-10 days sometimes it may be slightly longer. If something is out of stock, we’ll always give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates.
